We gather our data from several industry specific tradeshows (worldwide), conferences, seminars, magazine subscriptions, online subscriptions, online portals, SEC filings, new business filings, annual reports etc. We then add these contacts to our database after obtaining permission from them via Telemarketing and Email Marketing Surveys conducted by our Global Data Center.

List Update:

- Once we compile the data, above are the steps we use to send the Opt-in Mailers requesting them if they would be interested in receiving third party information pertaining to their industry.
- If the client's reply with a positive answer we would save their contact information in our master database.
- If we do not receive any reply from the clients we will re-send another email requesting for the same. If we do not receive any reply we will wait for 72 hours and delete their information from our master database.
- Our database is 100% opt-in and does adhere to CAN SPAM and clients’ interests.
